Change of plans, what little I had.

 Slight change of plans. After driving all day to Carlsbad, I realized my Pacific West Umbilical cord is not as flexible as I thought. It didn't help that they closed entrance to the Cavern 2 hours before I got there! My route was going to take me further south and I felt uncomfortable with that. My big thing was to visit Apalachia and I would be going in the wrong direction. My route would have got me there eventually, but I have been getting tired a lot and fretting about my vulnerability so far from home. I feel fine, but i think heading north again is a good move. It will take me two more days of driving to get me to Tennessee and then I will feel good again 

this was coming into Texas at 7 this morning.

I got caught in a dust storm in a small town called Eunice At least I think it was small. I couldn't actually see anything🤪

Before the visibility went, i figured I was in the middle of a huge oil field. I was getting low on gas and I thought it would be ironic if I ran out of gas !!

More driving tomorrow. I am trying to get closer to the Apalachias. Maybe two more days.
